Daeyun Kim graduated from Korea University with a degree in Education and subsequently earned his law degrees from Handong International Law School and Regent University School of Law. He is admitted to the Bar in Washington, D.C. and is also a licensed Certified Investment Manager in Korea.

Mr. Kim began his career at DLG Law Corporation as an intern and researcher, and currently serves as a Foreign Attorney in the Asia Practice Group. He focuses on cross-border legal advisory work, particularly in Southeast Asia.

In his practice, he has advised Korean companies on market entry and business operations across Southeast Asia. His work includes drafting legal opinions, reviewing contracts, conducting regulatory research, addressing compliance and labor issues, and handling trademark filings and dispute matters.

He has consistently provided practical legal solutions that help companies establish stable business structures in complex and evolving regulatory environments. Beyond legal review, he has contributed strategic insights aligned with clients’ business models and local market conditions.

In addition, Mr. Kim has supported business development initiatives for companies entering Thailand, participating in local network building and collaboration structuring. He has also been involved in the establishment of DLG & AP in Thailand and contributed to the development of the Asia Practice Circle network.

Through these experiences, he has developed a hands-on advisory approach that integrates legal analysis with business strategy and market understanding.

Currently, he advises Korean companies on corporate establishment, investment structuring, contract execution, compliance, intellectual property, and labor matters, with a focus on Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
